Barber shop burglarized in Camden

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Authorities in Camden say an alert tenant tipped off police when she suspected a break-in in her building.

It happened at the Exclusive Cuts barber shop in the 1100 block of Haddon Avenue.

A woman who lives in an apartment above the business called police around 2 a.m. Monday, when the business was closed.

Officers swept the building and determined the woman was right. The business had been burglarized.

Police searched the roof of the building but found no suspects.

There was no immediate word what was taken.
