"Region on the Rise" forum

SPRING GARDEN (WPVI) -- Experts got together in Spring Garden to talk about construction and real estate development.

The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce hosted this Region on the Rise forum.

They explored ways to keep up the current pace of development in the city and its suburbs, with the goal of driving the local economy.
