Fire forces family from Camden County home

WATERFORD TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A Waterford Township, New Jersey family had to leave their home to escape flames early Saturday morning.

The fire started around 2:24 a.m. on the 900 block of Hillside Avenue.

When police arrived, flames were shooting from the home.

Fire crews arrived a short time later and quickly went to work.

They placed the fire under control within a half hour.

There were no reports of any injuries.
