Sketch released of Medford attempted luring suspect

MEDFORD TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Medford Township police are investigating an attempted luring on Big Chief Trail.

The incident occurred at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

Police say an 11-year-old girl was walking toward Hiawatha Trail when she was approached by a man.

Police say the man spoke to the girl and then reached for her arm.

She pulled her arm back and the man walked away from the girl.

Police released a composite sketch of the suspect on Thursday.

The suspect is described a white male, mid to late 40s, approximately 5'10, thin to medium build, slicked back short black hair with a white stripe in the front portion of hair, and gray and black facial hair. He is described as having a raspy voice. The man was wearing dirty blue jeans, discolored brown work boots, and a long sleeve grey thermal shirt.
