Becoming a citizen down at the shore

CAPE MAY, N.J. (WPVI) -- This was a milestone moment in Cape May.

29 people took the oath, becoming American citizens.

They came here from Chile, Thailand, Honduras and other countries.

The ceremony happened in Congress Hall, which is celebrating its bicentennial.
