The FDA is reevaluating its rules on nutrition claims and that includes the definition of "healthy."

Last year, the FDA told the maker of Kind fruit and nut bars it couldn't call them "healthy" because of their levels of saturated fat.

Kind noted the fats come from nuts.

And under current FDA rules, avocados and salmon also wouldn't be considered healthy; but fat-free puddings and many cereals, both loaded with sugar, would fit the criteria.

The FDA says it will ask for public comment soon.

It has not said yet what other nutritional claims would be reconsidered.
