Pennsylvania ballet dancer proves grace and beauty come in all sizes

A Pennsylvania man is inspiring people to love themselves and their shapes - one plie at a time.

"Dancing is like dreaming with your feet." Those are the soulful words of Erik Cavanaugh, a 23 year old from Pittsburgh.

He's become an internet superstar and a global champion of self love after a Facebook video of him dancing went wildly viral with millions of views.

He says his goal is to change the mind and shape of dancers.

Cavanaugh has been dancing seriously for about 6 years and says he hopes his moves inspire anyone struggling with their body.

He told Action News: "Celebrate every curve and every flaw because that is what makes you beautiful."
