A building demolition is causing lane closures in Wilmington Saturday morning.

WILMINGTON, Del. -- A building demolition is causing lane closures in Wilmington Saturday morning.

The demolition is underway on Maryland Avenue between I-95 and Van Buren Street.

Between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. today and Sunday, three lanes of Maryland Avenue will be closed from Lower Beach Street to Maple Street.

Maryland Avenue will remain open for DART buses during the closure.
