Man sought after taking pictures up woman's skirt in Upper Darby

UPPER DARBY, Pa. (WPVI) -- Upper Darby Police want help catching the man who took pictures up a woman's skirt while she was standing in line.

Surveillance video from last Tuesday inside the Pretzel Factory on South 69th Street shows the suspect put his cell phone under the victim's skirt and snap several photos.

Police say she felt someone touch her leg so she turned and confronted the man, who ran off.
