A new store and an opportunity to give back to the community

FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- A store known for its deep discounts opened a new location in Philadelphia Tuesday, and marked the occasion by giving back to the community.

The Action Cam was in Frankford as shoppers packed the aisles of National Wholesale Liquidators.

But there was a lot more than shopping going on.

Company officials surprised the championship basketball team from Saint Martin De Porres with a new hoop, Basketballs, and a one thousand dollar shopping spree.

The store moved into a previously vacant building at the intersection of Castor and Wyoming avenues.
