A pedestrian was struck and killed in Burlington County.

BURLINGTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed in Burlington County.

It happened just after midnight Sunday at Route 130 South and East Federal Street in Burlington.

Police tell Action News the driver of a Ford Expedition struck the pedestrian who was crossing Route 130.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

The impact of the crash sent the SUV into a utility pole.

It is unclear if any charges will be filed.
