TOWNSEND, Del. (WPVI) -- Delaware State Police say a man is dead after he and another driver got into an altercation following an accident in Townsend.

Delaware State Police say the two drivers got into a confrontation around 5 p.m. Thursday.

State Police say 46-year-old Genaro Torres of Wilmington and 44-year-old Jeremy P. Reynolds of Bear got into an accident after Reynolds drove aggressively around Torres and then in a way that blocked him.

State Police say the two men pushed and punched each other after getting out of their cars and that two probation and parole officers observed the fight and had the two sit in their own vehicles.

When a trooper arrived, he found Reynolds unresponsive inside his vehicle. Reynolds later died at a hospital.

Torres was uninjured in the crash.
