Head Start center "Topping Off"

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Officials signed the final steal beam, before it was put into place on a new head start facility in Atlantic City Wednesday.

The three story center will provide early education for 3 hundred youngsters once complete.

It is scheduled to open in May 2017.

The center replaces four others severely damaged by Superstorm Sandy.
