The lights are back on in Olney, and SEPTA's Broad Street trains are running again, after a van crashed into a utility pole, knocking out power.

OLNEY (WPVI) -- The lights are back on in Olney, and SEPTA's Broad Street trains are running again, after a van crashed into a utility pole, knocking out power.

The crash happened around 4:45 a.m. Friday at the intersection of 7th and Roosevelt Boulevard.

The accident damaged a transformer that triggered a power outage affecting 1300 customers plus traffic and street lights in the Olney area.

The outage also affected the SEPTA Broad Street line at the Broad Street Spur.

PECO arrived on the scene and was able to restore power less than an hour later.

SEPTA service also resumed, but commuters were advised to expect delays.

There were no injuries reported in the crash.
