A dump truck crash knocked out power to some customers in Hockessin, Delaware on Monday.

HOCKESSIN, Del. (WPVI) -- A dump truck crash knocked out power to some customers in Hockessin, Delaware on Monday.

The truck was being driven along Corner Ketch Road near Karrington Drive around 10 a.m. when it overturned, striking a utility pole.

The driver, only identified by police as a 69-year-old man from Avondale, Pa., suffered minor injuries.

He was cited for inattentive driving.

The road was closed for a period of time, police say, but has since reopened.
