A 2-alarm fire damaged three homes in Trenton, New Jersey.

TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- A 2-alarm fire damaged three homes in Trenton, New Jersey.

The fire started before 4:30 a.m. Wednesday on South Clinton Avenue and Butler Street.

Firefighters focused on the roof area. They say the blaze quickly spread to neighboring houses.

So far, no reports of any injuries.

The fire was placed under control in just over an hour.

Investigators are trying to determine the cause.
