Police are asking the public's help in identifying two males wanted for allegedly robbing a food market in Philadelphia's Cobbs Creek neighborhood. (WPVI)

Police are asking the public's help in identifying two males wanted for allegedly robbing a food market in Philadelphia's Cobbs Creek neighborhood.

It happened back on June 14th at the Walnut Food Market in the 5200 block of Walnut Street.

Police say two black males, one armed with a pink and black handgun entered the store.

One of the suspects then held a 39-year-old male employee at gunpoint, police say.

The other suspect went behind the counter and allegedly stole $500 from the cash register.

Both suspects then fled the store, heading towards 53rd Street.

One suspect is described as black male, early 20 years-of-age, tattoos on arms, wearing a black baseball hat, black t-shirt, blue jeans, black and white Converse sneakers, and armed with a hand gun with a pink frame and a black slide.

The second suspect is a black male, early 20 years-of-age, medium complected, tattoos on arms, wearing a dark colored baseball hat, gray t-shirt, and black pants.
