Mann Center's 40th anniversary

FAIRMOUNT PARK (WPVI) -- Fireworks went off over Fairmount Park Tuesday night, in celebration of the Mann Center's 40th anniversary.

Leading up to the display in the sky, folks enjoyed a picnic as they listened to music performed by the Philadelphia Orchestra.
