Police investigate shooting in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say a man was shot in the leg in West Philadelphia Friday morning.

It happened near the intersection of 52nd Street and Haverford Avenue.

The unidentified victim was taken to Presbyterian Hospital.

He is listed in stable condition.

Police are working to determine why the man was shot.
