Prepping the Reading Market for the DNC

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- They flipped the switch Thursday on a big lighting project outside the reading terminal market.

The market's filbert street side now has 12 large wall sconces, and LED lights across the support beams.

The lights can be programmed, and of course for the 4th of July and the DNC, they are red, white, and blue.

They'll be a boost to public safety, and give the market entryway a more inviting look.
