SEPTA offering refunds, credits due to rail woes

PHILADELPHIA -- SEPTA will be providing refunds and credits for weekly and monthly regional rail pass customers as a result of 120 cars being taken out of service.

The refunds and credits are for customers who purchased the weekly pass for the week starting July 4, and for those who bought the monthly rail pass for July.

Those who want their money back must mail their passes to SEPTA no later than Thursday.

Credits can be redeemed on any pass purchase made through Monday, Oct. 10.
