Philadelphia police are trying to track down a package thief in Center City who's using an "Indego" bike share rental as his getaway vehicle.

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for a man who was caught on surveillance stealing packages from outside two separate homes in Center City last month.

The suspect was seen riding a blue and white "Indego" rental bicycle on the 600 block of Addison Street back on June 30.

He pedals up to the front door just before 12:30 p.m. and removes a package from the doorstep before riding away.

Police believe that's the same man seen on 500 block of South 26th street at 3:15 p.m. that same afternoon.

This time, the man takes a package from inside a storm door and places it inside the handlebar mounted basket before riding away.

Police describe the suspect as a white male in his late 50's, 5'8" tall and heavy set with gray hair. He was wearing a yellow t-shirt, tan shorts, and riding a blue & white "Indego" rental Bicycle.
