A Missouri company says it hopes to boost employee morale with a new program that allows parents to bring their babies to work everyday.

The National Association of Insurance Commissioners recently introduced "Infants in the Workplace" into its workplace to help parents get back into their work rhythm, WDAF-TV reports. The program allows employees who've worked at the company for at least six months to bring their newborns to work everyday for the first six months.

One mom says she hasn't run into any problems with coworkers.

"Even the guys that are walking around with a straight face. Then they see the babies and they're like 'Oh, hi!'" employee Kelly Hill said.

Employees must apply for the program in advance, and they must be in good standing at the company.
