New police K-9 graduates

UNIVERSITY CITY (WPVI) -- People in town for the DNC will be kept safe, at least in part, by two German Shepherds with special training.

Police K-9's, Nero and Quest, just graduated from the scent detector and patrol school at the Penn Vet Working Dog Center in University City.

They will sniff for drugs and explosives during the convention in two weeks.

Their handlers, Officers Christopher Narkin and Richard Donaldson, will be right there with them.
