Man shot to death on Hunting Park sidewalk

A 19-year-old male was shot to death on a sidewalk near his home in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia.

Gunfire rang out around 11:15 p.m. Friday on the 3100 block of North Patton Street.

Police say the victim was struck multiple times, across the street from where he lived.

He was rush to Temple University Hospital, but did not survive.

No word on arrests or why the young man was shot.
