Police: Masked man shoots 15-year-old girl in Oxford Circle

OXFORD CIRCLE -- Police are searching for a masked man who allegedly shot a 15-year-old girl in Philadelphia's Oxford Circle neighborhood.
It happened just before 9:30 p.m. Saturday at Van Kirk and Horrocks streets.
Police say the teen was shot in the buttocks by a man wearing a mask.
The victim was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children by police.
She is listed in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
