Pedestrian struck by tractor-trailer in Burlco

MAPLE SHADE, N.J. (WPVI) -- A pedestrian was rushed to the hospital after being struck by a tractor-trailer in Maple Shade, New Jersey.

The accident happened around 5 a.m. Saturday when a person was crossing Route 73 near Fox Meadow Drive.

The victim was taken to Cooper University Hospital in critical Condition.

Police closed the southbound lanes of Route 73 at the crash site to investigate.
