NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Water service has been restored to all, but one customer in a neighborhood near Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia after a water main break.

The main broke right around 2:30 a.m. Saturday on the Boulevard near Levick Street.

Police had already shut down the outer lanes when the water started overtaking the inner lanes, forcing the closure of all northbound lanes in that area.

Work continues to repair that main.
