A Philadelphia fire truck was involved in a serious accident in Center City.

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A Philadelphia fire truck was involved in a serious accident in Center City.

It happened around 7 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of 23rd and Market streets.

Officials say a Ladder 9 truck was responding to a call when it was T-boned by a 2016 Porsche SUV, driven by a 35-year-old female driver.

The impact caused the fire truck to knock down a street light and a PPA kiosk before coming to a rest against the side of a PECO building.

No injuries were reported.

Police say DUI is not suspected.

No arrests have been made.
