PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Sam Bradford doesn't know how much longer the Eagles will be signing his paycheck, but the quarterback says he's not looking over his shoulder with Carson Wentz waiting in the wings.

"No one can predict the future. No one knows what the future holds," said Bradford.

After everything that happened during the off-season, believe it or not, Bradford admits he's in a better mood these days.

"I think I just learned you just take it day by day, and that's really all that I'm worried about is coming out here each day and getting better," said Bradford. "You learn to just enjoy every day and enjoy the process, and whatever happens, happens and that's kind of my mindset."

Among the reasons Bradford says he's more comfortable in training camp this season is because the pace of practice is more his speed. They're slowing down and their huddling - something they didn't do with Chip Kelly.

"I just feel more comfortable in the huddle, speaking to those guys, on the field with those guys, and I just feel much more comfortable in the building here to be honest," said Bradford. "I think that's probably why it seems I am a little bit more relaxed."

Bradford is also not afraid to pass on his knowledge to his future replacement.

"Sam's been great. Like you said, he was once top draft pick. He's been through it all so there's been lots of things we've talked about," said Wentz.

"I think Carson's done a great job. Obviously anytime you come into this league as a rookie it's not easy - especially at the quarterback position," said Bradford.

He's one happy camper.
