Man shot multiple times, killed in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man has died after he was shot multiple times in North Philadelphia on Saturday night.

The shooting happened around 8:45 p.m. in the 1700 block of Jefferson Street.

Police arrived on the scene to find a 33-year-old man shot in the head, chest, torso and arm.

He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but was pronounced dead about an hour later.

There was no word on any arrests or suspects in this killing.
