Florida mom live streams close encounter with bear on Facebook

Thanks to Facebook live, one woman in Florida was able to share her experience in real time as a bear banging began her windows.

Bears are not uncommon in Northwest Florida, so while Angie Pope was inside with her two small kids, she spotted the bear.

It began tapping on their window, looking for a snack in her tomato garden, and really entertaining her Facebook friends.

"I knew I wouldn't have space to save the whole video, so I just did the live thing and he gave us a show," said Angie.

The good news is that Angie and her kids are all okay - and so are the tomatoes.

But her husband says he was a little worried. He was out of town on a fishing trip and watching the whole thing streaming live.
