Man found dead in Fox Chase fire

FOX CHASE (WPVI) -- One person was killed in a fire in the Fox Chase section of Philadelphia.

Firefighters were called around 10:12 a.m. Wednesday to the 800 block of Emerson Street.

Chopper 6 over the scene showed fire crews getting the upper hand on the fire.

Action News is told a man was found dead inside the home.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
