CENTER CITY (WPVI) --A new auxiliary bishop of the Philadelphia Archdiocese was ordained Thursday.
Edward Deliman took his new post during ceremonies at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter & Paul.
Archbishop Charles Chaput presided at the event.
