Cirque Italia spectacular

DELAWARE CITY, Del. (WPVI) -- A very different type of circus is about to make quite a splash in Delaware.

Action news got a sneak peek at an aquatic spectacular called Cirque Italia.

It's an Italian water circus from Italy, complete with aerialists, acrobats and contortionists, but here's the difference, the performances take place, as fountains of water shoot 35 feet into the air, raining onto the stage below.

Much to the delight of this mermaid i'm sure.

Cirque Italia, will perform Thursday night thru Sunday, in Delaware city.
