WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating the discovery of body in a business parking lot in Wilmington, Delaware.

The body of a man was found around 8:25 a.m. Friday hanging upside down on a fence on the 500 block of South Market Street, police say.

Investigators say it appears he may have tried to climb or jump the fence when his shorts got caught on the fence.

The victim is about 40 to 50 years of age.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say they do not suspect foul play.
