Firefighters battle house fire in Norristown, Pa.

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Firefighters battled a house fire in Norristown, Montgomery County.

The blaze broke out before 9:30 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of Chain Street.

Firefighters evacuated nearby homes as the fire went to two alarms.

They eventually got the upper hand.

There were no immediate reports of injuries.
