Man shot, house hit by bullets in Trenton

TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police are trying to figure out who fired several shots that injured a man, and sent bullets into the bricks of a house in Trenton, New Jersey.

It happened around 8 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Spring Street near Calhoun Street.

Police say a 27-year-old male was outside the area with several other people when shots rang out.

The man was shot in the arm. He was taken by private auto to the hospital by family members.

Injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.

Police say bricks on a nearby row home sustained visible damage from the gunfire.

There are no reports that any of the bullets entered the homes.
