CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- While Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump was speaking inside the Union League in Center City, protesters were making their voices heard outside.
People started gathering well ahead of Trump's scheduled appearance Wednesday morning.
A heavy police presence was there, along with members of the U.S. Secret Service.
An estimated 30-40 people joined in to protest Trump's stand on a range of issues.
Several groups were very specific about their causes.
