Mayor Kenney rings in another school year

MT. AIRY (WPVI) -- The summer break is over, and it's back to class in Philadelphia's public schools.

Superintendent William Hite was joined by Mayor Jim Kenney and other officials in ringing the bell at the new Hill-Freedman Academy in Mt. Airy.

Hill-Freedman is in the building that used to be the Leeds school.
