Girl, 11, becomes fashion designer

QUEENS, N.Y. (WPVI) -- An 11-year old girl from Queens, New York is sharing her story of how she overcame being bullied.

Egypt Ufele says she was bullied in first grade because of her size.

So she started her own fashion line with the guidance of her mother, her sister, and grandmother.

Egypt also started an anti-bullying campaign known as "bully chasers."

She is heading to southern California where her clothes will be featured in Orange County fashion week.
