TLC reality star Toby Willis charged in child rape case

Officials in Kentucky have arrested reality TV star Toby Willis.

The 46-year-old patriarch of the TLC show "The Willis Family" is accused of having an alleged sexual encounter with an underage girl.

The incident dates back to 12 years ago.

Willis has been charged with one count of rape of a child.

He's currently being held without bond in Greenville, Kentucky, but is expected to be extradited back to Tennessee.

"The Willis Family" is based in Nashville, but authorities say Toby Willis fled the city to avoid police.

The reality show features him and his wife along with their 12 children and their music careers.
