Police in Delaware made a major drug bust after an off-duty officer witnessed a drug deal.

It happened around 2:45 p.m. on September 10th at the Glenwood Plaza Shopping center in Smyrna.

Police say the officer quickly alerted on-duty officers, who broadcast a description of the suspects and the cars they were in.

An officer soon spotted one of the cars and pulled it over. Jennifer Bell, 44 of Marydel, Del., was in the vehicle and allegedly admitted to police she had just purchased 10 bags of heroin.

Then, police say, the other suspect vehicle was spotted passing the scene of the traffic stop. That vehicle was soon pulled over and two others were arrested: Kyah Hall, 21 of Philadelphia and her passenger Jayme Turner, 22 of Smyrna.

Police say 413 bags of heroin were seized.
