2 wanted after man shot during attempted home invasion in Delaware County

MIDDLETOWN TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Two suspects are wanted after a man was shot during an attempted home invasion in Middletown Township, Delaware County.

It happened just before 7:30 p.m. Friday in the unit block of 5700 North Pennell Road.

Police say two men tried to enter the residence, but were unsuccessful.

The suspects then fired several shots from outside the residence, hitting a 31-year-old man and also wounding the man's dog.

The victim is listed in stable condition at the hospital.

The suspects remain at large.
