2 injured police officers honored at Protect the Badge event

Two injured police officers were honored Monday night at the 4th annual Protect the Badge reception.

Folcroft officer Christopher Dorman and Philadelphia officer Jesse Hartnett were given plaques for their service.

The event raises money to support families of officers who have been killed in the line of duty.

This year, the reception and earlier golf outing raised more than $20,000.
