2 children struck by vehicle in Northeast Philadelphia

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Two children were struck by a vehicle in Northeast Philadelphia.

It happened just after 4:30 p.m. Friday at Large Street and Longshore Avenue.

Police say a 7-year-old boy and 2-year-old girl were hit by a vehicle, which did stop.

Both children were taken to Aria Torresdale Hospital for nonlife-threatening injuries.

Police are investigating.
