High rise gets an upgrade

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A 10 million dollar renovation is complete in downtown Wilmington.

The action cam stopped by the ribbon cutting at Courthouse Square on North King Street.

The high rise has new elevators and a new conference center.

Crews added a 2 story atrium, and a café with outdoor seating.

The building is also celebrating new tenants including Met Life and a few law firms.
