DEPTFORD TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A woman has been arrested after allegedly throwing a cleaning solution in a police officer's face in Deptford Township, Gloucester County.
Fifty-six-year-old Glynis Henson is charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.
It happened at 2:12 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Pop Moylan Boulevard.
An officer responded to reports of a domestic disturbance, and tried to talk with Henson, through a closed door of an apartment.
Police say Henson abruptly opened the door, and threw Pine Sol into his face.
After a brief struggle with the officer, Henson was arrested and taken into custody.
The officer was treated and released at Inspira Medical Center.
Henson is being held on $7,500 full cash bond.
