Criminal justice summit

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Delaware County officials held a day long summit on the issues facing young people in the criminal justice system.

The summit, which took place at Widener University, addressed how prisons and courts can address mental health and drug problems.

Friday's participants included judges, police chiefs, and prosecutors.
