Man killed, teen injured in shooting inside North Philadelphia restaurant

Police are investigating a double shooting that left one man dead and a teen injured.

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One man is dead and a teenager is injured following a shooting in North Philadelphia.

It happened around 1:15 Saturday afternoon inside of a restaurant called "Burger Lane," located along the 2800 block of North 22nd Street.

Police say a 23 year old man was shot once in the chest, and a 16 year old boy shot once in the leg.

Both victims were rushed to Temple University Hospital, where the 23 year old died.

The teenage victim is in stable condition.

The investigation continues into what caused the shooting.

No arrests have been made.
